Provider and service
Keep Today is provided by Changsha Changmeng Qingteng Technology Service Co., Ltd.. It helps you remember plans, preserve records and privately express care. Personal device features work independently. Shared partner or friend spaces require an authenticated account and membership. This version does not provide a public feed, advertising, subscriptions or parent-child roles. Continuous location sharing and automatic meeting records are not yet available. Their release will include feature disclosures, your explicit choice and an updated privacy policy.
Accounts and permissions
Sign in with Apple identifies your account. Protect your device and account. Do not impersonate others or submit unlawful content or material you are not entitled to use. Nicknames may repeat and do not change identity or original content. Permission to view shared material is not permission to distribute it externally.
Records, collections and works
A memory collection references original records; records can belong to multiple collections. Removing a reference or deleting a collection does not delete the original record. Saving a work creates a snapshot of the selected content. Later source edits do not silently rewrite a saved work. New works accept 1 to 30 selected records, including a text-only or multi-photo record; selected photos are retained and grids exceeding nine photos are split into ordered groups.
Shared works and export
Only explicitly selected, currently accessible material can be used. Every source author must explicitly approve the content version before generation or export. Content changes require new approval. Withdrawal stops controlled in-app access and subsequent export of that version. Files already exported, sent or posted elsewhere cannot be remotely recalled. Review the people, text and photos before export. Opening system sharing does not confirm delivery.
Data and deletion
You can maintain your own shared records and comments, choose reminders and widgets, use an app lock and archive personal device data. Account deletion requires renewed identity verification and confirmation of its effects. Shared access and sessions end immediately; your cloud content enters cleanup without deleting other members’ original records. Personal device records can be retained or separately removed. Physical attachment cleanup is reported independently from request acceptance.
Limits, changes and contact
Reminders depend on device permissions and system conditions and are not emergency, medical, legal or financial safeguards. Intelligent suggestions remain optional and editable. Material changes are explained before they take effect; reading a page does not authorize a new purpose.
