Privacy policy

Controller

Changsha Changmeng Qingteng Technology Service Co., Ltd. is the provider and personal-information controller. Contact xzy@cscmkj.cn. This policy covers the app and related account, shared-space and private-letter services. Personal device records are not automatically uploaded.

On-device information

Plans, dates, goals, records, camera creations and archives start on your device. Sharing, shared publication and letter sharing follow your explicit actions. Photos, location, notifications, widgets and device authentication are requested for the feature you use. Denying permission leaves independent features available. Widgets display explicitly selected information. System authentication does not provide biometric templates to the app.

Account and shared information

Apple identity tokens, account identifiers and returned email information support identity and session verification. We process your chosen nickname and region, membership and invitation state, selected shared text, times, optional location, attachments, comments and reactions. Work source versions, author approvals and withdrawal state support permission checks. Necessary connection and security logs arise from server requests. We do not request a legal name, gender, birthday or phone number by default.

Purposes and recipients

Information supports the features you request, access control, statistics, reliable submissions and security. Shared content is provided according to membership, user blocks and moderation state; filters, drafts, personal reactions and unread state are viewer-specific. Apple provides account and operating-system services. Tencent Cloud COS stores shared attachments in the enabled backend deployment under account, space and media access controls. Alternate storage must be disclosed according to the actual released configuration. We do not sell personal information, use advertising SDKs or build commercial profiles. Original records are not automatically sent to external AI services. New external processing requires separate disclosure and choices. Apple-related processing is also governed by Apple’s published policies; other overseas processing must meet applicable disclosure and legal requirements.

Sensitive material and shared works

Upload only necessary material you are entitled to share, obtaining required permissions from people involved. We do not continuously collect or share your location unless you actively enable the relevant feature. Private relationship content is not publicly recommended. Shared work requires every source author’s approval for that version. Withdrawal blocks new generation and controlled access; exported external copies cannot be recalled. We do not actively collect children’s identity information. Minors should use the app with guardian guidance and obtain required authorization before uploading children’s or other sensitive information.

Retention, rights and contact

You control personal-device archives and deletion. Account and shared data are retained while required for the related service. Signing out is not account deletion. Verified deletion immediately ends sessions and shared access and initiates cloud-content cleanup. Failed attachment tasks remain pending and are retried. Backups and legally required security information must be isolated, limited to their necessary purpose and cleared according to applicable retention periods, without restoring deleted accounts. You can review and correct information, withdraw source approval, choose permissions and initiate deletion. Other access, copy or privacy requests may be sent to xzy@cscmkj.cn, backup 2585898939@qq.com, or +86 17373841816. Verification is limited to what is necessary. Policy updates show their version and date; reading them is not consent to a new purpose.

Location and feature availability

The current camera-place feature obtains a place when you request it. You may deny permission or leave the place empty. Continuous location sharing and automatic meeting records remain in development; the current version does not automatically collect background location for them. Before these features become available, we will explain the information collected, background purpose, specific recipients, retention period and controls, and update permissions and this policy. Updates require your explicit activation and authorization. Turning sharing off, withdrawing permission or leaving the relevant space stops new collection and sharing.

Account authorization and shared-content safety

Apple sign-in may exchange a one-time authorization code for account authorization credentials. Necessary revocation credentials are stored encrypted. Account deletion reports Apple authorization revocation and shared-content cleanup separately. Older accounts without revocation credentials can still be deleted and receive instructions for manual revocation through Apple. Signing out is not account deletion.

Photos you choose to publish to a shared space are first checked on your device for nudity risk; this check does not upload photos. Personal device photos are not submitted for this check. Passing it does not establish compliance with all content rules. The server also applies a limited filter for some clearly harmful text and provides reporting, moderation and user blocking.

Reports retain the subject type, target and version identifiers, reason and explanation you provide, without copying an entire space or its photos into report attachments. Authorized moderators can inspect only the relevant content that is still available in its current version; edited or deleted earlier text is not presented again. Reports are cleared according to a necessary retention period. The current development configuration defaults to 90 days; the published period must be confirmed before release and match the actual cleanup configuration.

Blocking prevents both people from seeing each other's old and new shared content, interacting or inviting each other. Other members retain their existing permissions. Unblocking restores only content that remains authorized and has not been moderated. Already downloaded, sent or exported copies cannot be recalled. You can review report receipts and manage blocks from your profile, and contact us through Help and Support.
